We just love all of the recent health stories related to drinking coffee.

In this most recent HuffingtonPost.ca article, it cites that numerous studies indicate that up to four cups of coffee could keep you out of your doctor’s waiting room, according to Sharon Basaraba, a medical journalist and North by Northwest’s longevity consultant.

She goes on to say that there is a ton of research out there that shows moderate coffee consumption can actually help reduce diabetes and heart disease, improve long-term cognition, and much more.
